from 319 reviewsThis is the 2nd chambray workshirt I have purchased. It is a wardrobe staple. Fits beautifully and the workmanship is superb
Such a beautiful soft fabric and so nicely made. Will get lots of wear out of this piece. I’m 5’10” so, if I could change just one thing, I’d have the arms an inch or two longer because the rest of the shirt is a slightly oversized fit on me. They end just above my wrists so I’ll probably wear the sleeves rolled but will still enjoy wearing this a lot!
While not my first shirt from 4, it IS my first 4Worn and it’s definitely my favorite—the white is bright and the material is both soft and crisp—I’ll be able to wear it to my EA job in a C-suite office. If this 4Worn has any issues, I am unable to find them. Thrilled with the product!
Absolutely one of my favorite purchases so far, although I do plan to request that it be exchanged for one size smaller. It is roomy, allowing for layering but the size I ordered is so roomy it’s sloppy. It has not yet been worn or tags removed for this reason, but I hope to wear it for many occasions this fall. My favorite pieces remain my black merino wool shirt and my black undyed wool sweater. I live in them.
I love that I was able to get a 4Worn version of this shirt. I’ve been wanting one for about three years but couldn’t quite persuade myself it would be versatile enough. But it’s perfect- not to heavy for cooler summer days or cold AC interiors, and I’m sure it will be warm enough for colder months, including with more layers. It’s soft to the touch and elegantly tailored. I’m in love!
Even though it’s been too hot to wear it properly yet. I love it and “can’t” for fall.
Love it so much I will be interested in a 4 worn one just like it!
I both several of these t shirts for myself and my sister. We both love them!
The fabric, design and fitting was fabulous not to mention how many compliments we both receive. Thank you Karuna & Mae!
Beautiful soft t, the cotton and color are lovely. The dye is very sensitive but it becomes part of the aesthetic.
I am in love with this shirt. It tucks beautifully into pants, looks wonderful layered over a cropped camisole, so many options. The textile - I don’t know what alchemy created it - is structured and relaxed at the same time. I’m looking forward to wearing this to shreds.
It feels luxurious and the quality and attention to detail is evident! And I appreciate your business philosophy and mission. One thing, at least on my phone version, is the reviews don't seem linked to the item being considered? I found that frustrating. Thank you!
The already loved shirt is quite perfect, and the re-use plan is really a welcome option.
…because it allows me to pick up an extra piece of my favorites at a great price. It’s fun to see how the blue of my chambray shirt has weathered and mellowed out, compared to my original one. At first, I hesitated to gush too much lest the supply evaporate too quickly. This concept works so well because pieces from FOUR wear well and last forever! I think it would also work for people looking to try a wonderful piece for the first time.
I ordered the BFT in the pink color, in the
'lightly loved' version. Yes, the T has a couple of very small white-ish spots, but not noticeable and definitely a great addition to my collection. Overall it looks and fits just as nicely as my BFTs that I've purchased new.
I have been stalking these shirts for months now but until the 4Worn launch, I just wasn't able to get over the price hurdle for me. I couldn't hit "buy" fast enough when 4Worn launched.
I purchased the legacy version because I like a more crisp look. Wore it to a casual party and got a compliment immediately on the unusual texture. It's also super warm! When this arrived, I took off what I was wearing -- a shirt plus a very chunky cotton sweater -- to try this on, and the 4 work shirt ALONE was warmer. As someone who always runs cold, this is amazing. I assume like any wool, this is thermoregulating and will not be too hot for most of the year.
The cut and length are good, as well as button placement. I got a size 1, which fit super well for me (5'4", 112 lbs, small bust).
Also I have very itch-sensitive skin (as a comparison point, baby alpaca sweaters make me itch, but merino wool products are generally OK for me). This shirt does not bother me even though it is not super soft in the traditional sense. Again, this is the older style of this shirt with a fabric that is supposed to be more polished but less soft.
