Once your gift card order is received we will send you a verification email with a unique code. When making a purchase, you may redeem the value of a gift card by entering the code at checkout. This code isn't case sensitive. A gift card holds a balance, which can be spent over more than one order. Gift card balances are applied to the total value of an order, which can include taxes and shipping. 

During checkout, check the gift card option to indicate that you would like to enter a gift card code for payment.

  • If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, then click Complete order.

  • If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, you can choose a second payment method for the balance.

THE DETAILS

You will be charged a one-time $4 fee for your subscription. Your credit card information will be securely stored by Stripe. Once you’ve become a Collector we’ll send you a Welcome email prompting you to create an account where you can keep track of your billing, sizes, and shipping address. We'll reach out in the first two weeks of the next month with a description of your first piece. You’ll have an opportunity to make any changes, add on pieces, adjust your size or even skip. Then, we’ll bill & ship, simple as that! All you have to do is enjoy and we’ll be in touch every few months to send your next piece.
